 Dear Supporters of BHS and SMHS,

Our 1^st annual Little Big Game Golf Classic will be held on Wednesday, November 11^th, 2009 at Poplar Creek Golf Course in San Mateo.  For the past 80 years, the Little Big Game has been played in early November and has brought together the communities of Burlingame and San Mateo for a friendly yet competitive football rivalry.  The intent of the 1^st annual LBG Classic is to provide a friendly and competitive environment to rekindle the glory days of your past, while supporting student athletes at both neighborhood schools.  What better way to honor the memories of Little Big Games past, present and future than to tee it up with some old classmates and new friends for a worthy cause.  Join us for the whole day or for dinner and the auction: we absolutely guarantee fun, relaxation and good company. 

For those who enjoy the links, eating good food, having fun and contributing to a good cause, the Little Big Game Golf Classic is a day you won't soon forget! The LBG Golf Classic brings the coaches, parents and athletes of Burlingame and San Mateo High Schools together with local businesses in a community-building event that ensures the success of both programs.

Golfers can compete in contests such as closest to the pin and longest drive, in addition to team awards for the golf “Paw”.  All entries will be provided with a box lunch, green fees, carts, on-course beverages, promotional giveaways, and an awards dinner.  In addition, a multitude of prizes and items will be available in our silent auction, raffle, deck of cards drawing and live auction.

Registration starts at 11:00 am. Cocktails and the Silent Auction begin at 5:30.
